How I put change in motion

We help clients solve the business problems (drive digital transformations, reduce operational costs and so forth) using the power of data by building robust scalable data strategy and solutions.

 

I am a part of the team that implements digital transformation for a Telco giant, driving significant reduction in operational costs, reimagining customer experience and enhanced agent productivity using AI powered insights and visualization. It has been an 18-month long transformation journey with client leading a team of 12+ data engineers building a scalable solution powering AI driven portals for the customer and care agents.

A day in my life

My day is abuzz with calls, projects, people, deliveries, insights, and action. I have engaging discussions with client to get to the issues, design technical solutions and implementation plans and work with an energized team to deliver the same in an agile way.
