Job Description
Responsibilities :
The ER&P - will be responsible for managing escalations to Global Management Committee across entities and conducting end-to-end investigation, recommending disciplinary actions and suggesting any applicable systemic fixes.
This position will require that the person:
- Should have an understanding of Employee Relations function
- Should have knowledge of Disciplinary & Grievance process / framework, handling cases on disciplinary / policy violations / integrity issues
- Collaborate with Global team on case management on sensitive matters/cases
- Should have Investigation skills, Conflict mgmt., decision making skills and provide counselling support to the people from case mgmt. point of view
- Proactive in identifying the gaps in the process, identify systemic fixes and
- Based on data analytics, collaborate, plan and implement the initiatives with business entity
- Identify potential Employee relations programs and enablement areas for Employee Relations team, HR and Business.
- Collaborate with internal functions/ teams and vendors for conducting investigations, projects or systemic fixes
Qualifications
Qualification :
Masters in Business Administration with specialization in HR

- Leverage data analytics to gather insights
- Ability to Collaborate and network across different functions and levels
- Excellent understanding of this subject and prior experience of 7-10 years with corporates / independent practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Ability to manage sensitive incidents/scenarios
