Location: Accenture offices – India
Must have skills:
- Over all 8 yrs and relevant 2+ experience managing a TPV platform – focused on one or more of the following operational domains - information security, data privacy, health and safety, environment governance and insurance
- Knowledge of safety regulations, insurance, information security, data privacy and compliance documentation. Familiarity with Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), DOT, Environment and Social Governance and other regulatory compliance requirements would be beneficial
Good to have skills:
- Comfortable liaising with Accenture executives who are most commonly above peer group - influencing executive decisions and addressing conflicts and challenges
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize work products / deliverables. Possess organizational skills with the ability to handle work activities in line with tight deadlines (whilst meeting account and qualitative expectations)
- Relationship development skills with an ability to influence and interact with organizational leadership across a number of different internal functions including Finance, Group Insurance, Legal, Corporate Governance and Workplace & Safety
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Job Summary:
The lead will support the third-party compliance manager to manage a portfolio of third-party verification (TPV) platforms which are commonly used by Accenture clients to manage their operational compliance requirements with Accenture. Maintaining compliance with each platform is a requirement for performing business with an increasing number of clients.
A TPV platform is an online tool by which an Accenture client can validate and confirm that Accenture is compliant with important operational information provided by a client. Information can include that associated with insurance, health & safety, information security and employee training. Purpose is to ensure the accuracy of operational data provided and to safeguard against any misrepresentations or unauthorized changes.
As assigned by the manager, the lead will manage the Accenture profile on a number of TPV platforms, acting as the liaison between Accenture and the TPV to ensure all compliance requirements and documents are accurate. This will include regularly reviewing each TPV platform for new client requirements and updates, interacting with Accenture client account teams and Accenture Corporate Function teams.
The role sits within the Accenture Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program (which is part of the Accenture Information Security Function).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the manager to administer a portfolio of platforms assigned by TPRM leadership. Additional TPV’s may be included in scope in the future (there are currently 14 as of March 2025)
- Respond to TPV platform requirements including addressing both TPV and client requests. Ensure status of each platform is optimal at the end of each month (all Accenture response requirements are accurately addressed)
- Support the manager to facilitate completion of an Accenture security risk assessment for each TPV
- Support the manager to facilitate completion of a Procurement legal review of the TPV license terms
- Support the manager in preparing annual budgets and forecast future budget needs for leadership. Monitor spending trends and recommend adjustments as necessary. Monitor TPV invoices and ensure they are processed in due time
- Monitor the performance and usage of TPVs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Establish and maintain relationships with TPVs, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across multiple stakeholders in Accenture who impact the maintenance of each TPV platform – including those associated with (but not limited to) Accenture information security, data privacy, health and safety, environment governance and insurance functions
- Where the business identifies other TPVs for possible TPRM support, support manager to evaluate suitability of the TPV for inclusion in the TPRM program and present for TRPM leadership approval
- Participate in client meetings focused on TPV content
- Continually build own knowledge of the TPV and how it is applied within Accenture to ensure performance optimization for the Accenture business
