Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Document and maintain records of client interactions and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in SAN Administration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of storage area network concepts. - Experience in configuring and managing EMC SAN solutions. - Knowledge of SAN protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting SAN-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
