Project Role Description : Orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts.

Summary: As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts. This role involves managing complex deals and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the origination process for deals - Develop strategies to enhance sales enablement processes - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Enablement - Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques - Experience in developing sales enablement programs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Sales Enablement - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required
