Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Be instrumental in achieving project success and meeting client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. - Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. - Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Project management tools proficiency. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
