Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision. You will also develop business cases to realize these opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development of business architecture and solutions. - Conduct current state assessments and identify customer requirements. - Define high-level business structures and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in developing business cases and strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in enterprise architecture. - Knowledge of industry best practices in business architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
