Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's applications and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of business process requirements and application design principles. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core HCM. - Knowledge of Workday Recruiting module and its integration with other modules. - Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
