Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in managing projects and delivering results within budget and timeline constraints. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
