Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the successful integration of engineering architecture and system simulations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage feature plan implementation. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Ensure successful integration of engineering architecture. - Perform system simulations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of engineering systems and product development. - Experience in system integrations and simulations. - Knowledge of test methods and failure analysis techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
