Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an application and design, its processes, and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Life sciences SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences (Commercial and Supply chain) - Working experience in Life Sciences - Business Analyst role in the past. - Understanding of Pharma drug development process - Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions, documenting user stories etc., - Knowledge of requirement management/testing tools - Knowledge on GXP, Agile delivery processes - Strong understanding of at least one core area/function within Life Sciences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Sciences domain as Business Analyst - Candidate should have great communication skills (oral and written) - This position is based at our Bangalore. Pune, Chennai or Hyderabad offices. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
