Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of large, complex technology projects, manage scope and risk, drive profitability, and support sales with innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the technology project delivery ensuring adherence to frameworks and quality standards. - Manage project scope, risks, and profitability. - Drive service quality and cost management. - Support sales efforts with innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in managing large, complex technology projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in business architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
