Summary: As a Strategic Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategic programs and projects in key areas. This role may involve serving as the owner of key processes or assisting the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting. You will act as a subject matter expert and support teams by applying deep expertise and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead strategic planning initiatives - Develop and implement program management strategies - Monitor and report on project progress Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Program Management - Strong understanding of agile methodologies - Experience in leading large-scale programs and projects - Excellent communication and leadership skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching - This position is based at our Nagpur office - A 15 years full-time education is required
