Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your typical day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues. - Assist in the implementation of new technologies. - Provide technical support to end-users. - Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. - Conduct regular system maintenance tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting virtualization-related issues. - Knowledge of networking and storage concepts. - Hands-on experience in managing virtualized environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
