Summary: A motivated, driven Amazon Connect Pre-Sales Technical Architect with experience shaping and right-sizing teams to deliver desired outcomes for clients. You enjoy using your contact center and customer experience knowledge to estimate innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Driven by curiosity, you explore how new technologies can be applied to solve challenging business problems. You thrive in a collaborative, creative and productive team environment where ideas are freely exchanged, and innovative concepts evolve into practical solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Specialized Technical Sales for Customer Experience solutions utilizing Amazon Connect • Drive full end to end Sales and Technical Solutioning from origination and initial client conversations, thru discovery, design and transition to delivery • Work directly with client Executives and Technology Leaders to Design AWS architectures and the teams that will deliver them • Design Amazon Connect/Lex/Pinpoint Architectures that optimize AWS capabilities and Accenture’s assets and differentiation. • Collaborating within a sales pursuit team to develop innovative approaches to solving complex problems Professional & Technical Skills: • Have deep understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email and chat channel designs and contact center operations • At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification • Hands on Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint • Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots • A customer obsession mindset Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum 5 years’ experience in the contact center or PBX industry and minimum 3 years’ experience with sales and technical design for Amazon Connect and related technologies • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A 15 years full-time education is required.
