Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and configurations. - Experience in implementing SAP PM modules and integrating them with other SAP modules. - Knowledge of SAP PM best practices and industry standards. - Hands-on experience in SAP PM customization and enhancement. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
