Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define application specifications. - Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the defined timelines. - Identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks during the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of SAP PP module and its integration with other modules. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP to meet business requirements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM and QM modules. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its features. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
