Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze system issues, and implement appropriate solutions. - Document and communicate technical procedures and guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift. - Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Red Hat OpenShift. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Red Hat OpenShift. - Knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting. - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. - Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
