Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Contribute to the analysis and design of new business processes. - Create documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. - Define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. - Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques. - Familiarity with process and functional requirements. - Ability to collaborate and manage a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
