Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAN administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of SAN systems. - Monitor and optimize SAN performance to meet business requirements. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and security. - Assist in the development and implementation of backup and recovery strategies. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAN administration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Strong understanding of storage area network concepts and technologies. - Experience in configuring and managing EMC SAN devices. - Knowledge of SAN protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI. - Familiarity with storage virtualization and data replication techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAN-related issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based in Jaipur. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
