Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. You will create the technology account plan and ensure the right people are involved to maximize opportunities and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for technology up-sell and cross-sell. - Lead the technology account planning process. - Ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. - Provide guidance and support to the technology team. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Conduct regular technology reviews and assessments. - Identify and mitigate risks related to technology projects. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in technology processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data & AI Strategy. - Strong understanding of technology concepts and principles. - Experience in technology account management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with technology up-selling and cross-selling. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications. - Ability to analyze complex technology requirements and provide innovative solutions. - Experience in managing technology projects and teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Data & AI Strategy. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
