Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on security decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver OT security advisory engagements. - Lead as an OT Security SME and manage team to deliver client engagements. - Develop assets for delivering efficient advisory engagements. - Engage in assessments, recommendation, developing roadmap based on gaps and engage in creating RFP's for client's for mitigation projects. - Hands on experience in implementing and decommissioning passive monitoring tools like Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools to carry out assessments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Subject Matter Expert in OT Security. - Strong understanding of OT security guidelines like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 etc. and OT systems like SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, etc. - Must've experience in delivering at least 2 projects across Risk Assessment, Gap Assessment, Maturity Assessment, Threat Landscape Assessment, IT/OT Integration readiness. - Experience in leading 2 Projects advisory projects. - Hands on experience in implementing Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools on production environment on atleast 2 projects for assessments. - Experience in managing team and financials across multiple geography is an advantage. - Should have experience in managing and aligning to client expectations. Additional information: -The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OT systems like SCADA, PLCs. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
