Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the business and meet the required standards and specifications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, analyzing business requirements, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be involved in testing and debugging applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to meet the specified standards and specifications. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using SAP TM Transportation Management. - Knowledge of SAP TM Transportation Management configuration and customization. - Familiarity with SAP TM Transportation Management integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
