You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services. - Manage the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate risks to services. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing IT production systems and services. - Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A graduate degree is required.
