Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing software solutions that align with the needs of the organization and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business needs. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and SQL. - Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA). - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for application deployment and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
