Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems - Provide guidance and support to team members - Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Experience in end-to-end software development - Knowledge of technologies, applications, and methodologies - Ability to apply tools and processes effectively Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
