Project Role Description : Execute all phases of the procurement process from sourcing activities, negotiation, and strategic selection of goods and services. Ensure procurement solutions address metrics and service level agreements.

Summary: As a Procurement Operations Processor, you will execute all phases of the procurement process from sourcing activities, negotiation, and strategic selection of goods and services. You will ensure procurement solutions address metrics and service level agreements. Your typical day will involve actively participating in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems, and becoming a subject matter expert in procurement operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the execution of all phases of the procurement process, including sourcing activities, negotiation, and strategic selection of goods and services. - Address metrics and service level agreements to ensure procurement solutions meet the required standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in procurement operations. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information. - Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to enhance operational efficiency. - Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier relationships. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT infrastructure management. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Knowledge of contract management and negotiation techniques. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
