Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience Tech Lead for Backend Development to lead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Lightning Experience, and backend technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. 2. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud applications on the Lightning Experience platform. 3. Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, integration, and customization. 4. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations. 6. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Proven experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and Lightning Experience. 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 5. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. Additional Information: 1. Salesforce certifications (B2B Commerce Cloud, Lightning Experience) are highly preferred. 2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 3. 15 years of full-time educational qualification. 4. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
