You will play a crucial role in shaping the technological landscape of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. - Design and develop applications that align with business processes. - Implement best practices for application design and development. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT operations management processes. - Experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions. - Knowledge of IT service management principles. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
