Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. You will also provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and expertise in technology consulting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions to meet client requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering value to clients through your technical expertise and consulting skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and guide the team in implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop customized Salesforce Sales Cloud applications and functionalities. - Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless implementation. - Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionalities and provide recommendations for improvement. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Salesforce Sales Cloud best practices. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce Sales Cloud development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in Salesforce Sales Cloud development and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Experience in designing and developing customized Salesforce Sales Cloud applications and functionalities. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and best practices. - Hands-on experience in system integration and data migration using Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Solid grasp of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization options. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Experience in Lightning Web Components development. - Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
