Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor and guide team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) - Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
