Roles & Responsibilities: - Assign and manage work assignments - Drive people management activities for the delivery team - Manage service delivery quality and cost - Participate in problem-solving discussions - Support the team in building knowledge - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues - Contribute to process improvement initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux system administration - Strong understanding of Red Hat OS architecture - Knowledge of shell scripting and automation tools - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full-time education is required
