Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve analyzing user requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java Enterprise Edition. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of applications. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java Enterprise Edition to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git.
