Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work in this demanding environment. The successful candidate will form part of a core team accountable for the successful day to day management and maintenance of the WAN environment. Delivering and establishing projects related network implementation for multiple clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networks Customer service skills and client focus Familiar with service management processes Ability to read and write English with fluent conversational skills Professional certifications, e.g. ITIL, COBIT, relevant technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco routers, Catalyst and IOS switches (9000 series, Nexus series, 65xx, 45xx, and 35xx series). Knowledgeable in the following data circuit technologies – ATM, DSL, Frame Relay, Ethernet, ISDN, POS Expert knowledge in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc.). Specific knowledge of BGP, OSPF and IP protocols in an MPLS Environment. Experience working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters. Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP) Hands-on experience of LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunking, Etherchannel Knowledge of VPN technologies and IPSec and GRE protocols. Understanding of network protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP Organizational and problem-solving skills Amazon (AWS) /Azure Cloud – Deployment & Operational support of enterprise AWS /AZURE & Google cloud setups.
