You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and implement application features based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. - Collaborate with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Hands-on experience with database technologies such as SQL or MongoDB. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
