Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design application solutions. - Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet business process and application requirements. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems and software testing frameworks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
