Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality applications using Informatica MDM. - Configure and customize applications based on business needs. - Lead the development team and provide technical guidance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Strong understanding of data integration and data management concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing Informatica MDM solutions. - Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts. - Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
