Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design innovative and efficient solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing Oracle applications. - Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports. - Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and PL/SQL. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
