Project Role : Service Management Practitioner
Project Role Description : Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Role: Change Manager. Time : Europe & APAC timings - Oncall support during weekends Role Description: Change Manager for Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls. Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles, and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed. The Major Incident Manager/ Incident manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT Changes and escalated issues. Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all change records. Must Have Skill: ITIL /SIAM Foundation Certified, Good To-Have Skill: SIAM Professional, ITIL Intermediate and Azure Fundamentals certified. Key responsibilities: Change Management: Ensure that all changes go through the approver quality requirements and approvals before implementation. Convenes Preparatory CAB with suppliers and chairs client CAB meetings to the expectation. Gathering appropriate information based on the type of change being investigated. Associating related CIs, incidents, and services to the change request. Providing status updates to requesters. Reviewing change plans and schedules. Planning activities include scheduling the change request, assessing risk and impact, creating plans, defining, and sequencing the tasks needed to accomplish the change request, and scheduling people and resources for each task. Reviewing all completed tasks. In the Implement stage, at least one task related to the change request is in progress. Conducting post-implementation reviews to validate the results of the change request. Technical Basics : Good to have basic Azure/SAP/SaaS/Network/EUC fundamental knowledge. Professional Attributes: A good verbal and written communication skill to connect and drive major clients calls. Ability to operate independently and make effective decision with little direct supervision. Problem Solving & Strategic thinking. Educational Qualification: Any bachelor’s degree.
