Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Provide guidance and support to the development team - Ensure timely and successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) - Strong understanding of SAP QM processes and functionalities - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM modules - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules - Hands-on experience in leading application development projects - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
