Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: • Should have sound experience in providing L2/L3 support for Storage Management and support on EMC PowerMax, NetApp Cluster mode • Design and implement EMC PowerMax, NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. • Administer Fiber Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches. • Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Snapmirror and other NetApp tools • Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions. • Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. • Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills. • Perform team management roles • Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays. • Should have sound experience in NetApp C Mode (Data Ontap), NetApp HCI, MetroCluster, HP3par and Pure technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone. • Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols. • Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected. • Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. • Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. • Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. • Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. • Good technical expertise on Snap Center • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
