Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. You will provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) to ensure the security of the organization's systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Development background with coding skill in any language - Understanding of custom policies and flow of Azure B2C. - Design experience of custom B2C Flows. - Understanding of XML language from development perspective - High level understanding of cloud microservices and cloud frameworks - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and mitigate risks. - Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. - Assist in the design and implementation of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. - Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards. - Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security best practices. - Assist in incident response and investigation activities. - Participate in security audits and compliance assessments. - Conduct security awareness training for employees. - Assist in the development and implementation of security controls and measures. - Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents. - Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C & Customer Identity and Access Management. - Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and best practices. - Experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
