Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. - Implement and maintain system configurations and settings. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems related to production systems. - Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements. - Document and maintain system processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Autosys Administration. - Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Autosys Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
