Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Autosys Administration

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. - Implement and maintain system monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. - Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. - Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system operations and support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Autosys Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of incident management and problem management processes. - Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Autosys Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
