"Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing application solutions, and ensuring they align with business needs. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the application design. Your creativity and expertise in Microsoft Power BI will be crucial in delivering effective and user-friendly applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop application solutions based on business requirements. - Analyze user needs and create user-friendly application designs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to application design. - Ensure application solutions align with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: -Collaborate with clients, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives. -Develop visually compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI. -Transform complex data sets into user-friendly reports that provide actionable insights. -Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting deliverables. -Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for inclusion in reports. -Optimize report performance by fine-tuning queries and data models. -Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information. -Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI to enhance reporting solutions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reports into existing systems or platforms. -Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reporting tools and functionalities. -Conduct quality assurance testing to validate report accuracy and functionality. -Document report specifications, data sources, and transformation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
