You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality software applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop efficient and scalable software applications. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language. - Experience in developing and implementing SAP CRM solutions. - Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities. - Familiarity with SAP CRM integration with other systems. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP CRM applications. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
