Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Job Title: Maximo HSE Functional Lead (Level 9) Key Responsibilities: • Extensive experience with Maximo and solid understanding of IBM Maximo Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) module, regulations and practices. • Nuclear functional skill sets are add-on advantage. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Maximo HSE-related inquiries and issues. • Work closely with HSE, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment between the Maximo system and organizational HSE goals. • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders to ensure that Maximo is configured and used effectively to meet the asset management, regulatory, and safety requirements of the facility. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and elaborate requirements • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business users, ensuring that the system meets all operational, compliance, and safety requirements. • Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding the functional aspects of Maximo. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Maximo configurations, customizations, and processes. • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. • Configure Maximo modules (e.g., Work Management, Inventory, Procurement) to meet the client specific needs and ensure to comply with safety standards and regulations. • Manage and configure Maximo workflows, escalations, and notifications to optimize business processes. • Create and maintain user documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs. • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring they understand how to use Maximo effectively. • Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions. • Ensure that Maximo is effectively utilized to manage and enhance the organization’s HSE initiatives, compliance, and reporting Technical Experience : • 6-8 years of experience working with IBM Maximo in a functional role with deep knowledge of IBM Maximo modules and functionality along with Health and safety modules. • knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001) • Experience in nuclear or energy sector is added advantage. • Proven experience in business process analysis and system configuration. • Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance, and work management • Experience with SQL, Maximo scripting, and other relevant technical skills is added advantage • MAS certificated (Must) • HSE related certifications (Added advantage) Professional Attributes: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Leading skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members. Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Master's degree is add-on advantage. Preferences: • Office setting within a nuclear facility, with potential for occasional travel. • Must adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols typical of the nuclear industry. • May require flexibility to work outside regular business hours during system upgrades or critical project phases.
