You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will contribute to problem-solving and provide solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams. This position requires strong leadership skills and expertise in SAP BASIS Administration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams - Lead the application design and development process - Oversee the configuration and customization of applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration - Experience with SAP BASIS Administration - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure - Knowledge of SAP system administration and maintenance - Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP systems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration - This position is based in Bhubaneswar - A 15 years full-time education is required
