Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Manage the application development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
