Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Workspace ONE. - Strong understanding of IT operations and support processes. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with network protocols and security principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in VMware Workspace ONE. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
